Barracks Pakistan International Graduate Development Program 2023
Ricodic Mining Company (RDMC), part of Barrack Gold Corporation, believes in investing in our future workforce. We are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for this year’s Recodec International Graduate Development Program (IGDP).
RDMCIGDP is a structured two-year program that will offer ten promising and highly motivated Pakistani graduates the opportunity to join our team and work on an international assignment.
All applications must be submitted by Friday 12 May 2023.
The program is designed to provide recent Pakistani graduates with an opportunity to develop their skills, while advancing recode feasibility, and then return to Pakistan to work on a recode project at the end of the program.
BARRICK Pakistan is encouraging highly motivated graduates, who are qualified in the following degree programs:
Mechanical
Electric
of Civil Engineering
Geology
Subjects who are either graduating this July or have graduated since 2023, to apply for these positions.
Candidates from Balochistan are highly encouraged to apply.
IGDP will carefully select candidates based on multiple criteria, after going through a fair and robust screening and selection process.
