Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has announced scholarships for Master level students. These scholarships are awarded to deserving and talented students who take admission in partner universities.
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship:
- Scholarships are awarded only to students who enroll in partner universities.
- Students must be enrolled as regular students in 2023.
- Parents’ monthly income should be equal to or less than Rs.40,000.
- The student has domicile of Punjab.
- The student has secured at least 60% or minimum 2.5 CGPA in the annual graduation examinations held in 2023, 2023 or 2023.
- He or she is not receiving any other scholarship in Master’s education.
- Students who have already passed the MA or MSc annual examinations are not eligible for this scholarship.
How to Submit Application:
Students can download their application form and list of partner universities from the following website.
Complete their application form and submit it to your university’s financial aid office by the deadline. Handwritten application form and form will not be acceptable after the last date.

How to Apply:
Secure admission in any partner university or government post graduate college in Punjab.

The following monthly stipend rates are admissible for the year 2023-2024.
- PEEF will reimburse tuition fees.
- PEEF will also pay scholarship stipend to the selected scholars at the following rates.
– Daily Scholar Rs.3,000/- per month.
– Border Rs.5,000/- per month.
– Tuition fee payment 100% (as per terms of PEEF Master Level Scholarship Policy)

Students of all graduate programs domiciled in Punjab are hereby informed that PEEF Master’s Level Scholarships are available for deserving students at the NTU Student Financial Aid Office. Students fulfilling all the prescribed conditions can apply on the form available at the University Photocopy Shops. Application forms with all supporting documents may be submitted to the office of the undersigned.
As per the PEEF Master Level Scholarship Policy 2023-2024 nominated students must have:
Punjab domicile and have got admission in first semester in the current academic year 2023-2024.
Have secured minimum 60% marks or minimum CGPA 2.5 in BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BS/BBA examination held in 2017-2018-2023 (annually).
The declared monthly income (from all sources) of his parents should be equal to or less than Rs. 30,000/- (Children of government employees in BPS-1-4 are exempted if salary is the only source of income).
Students should not be receiving scholarship from any other agency/source.
Students should not be barred from scholarship or beneficial schemes by the University Disciplinary Committee.

PEEF for the year 2023-2024 session awarded more than 235,000/- scholarships worth Rs. 11.9 billion and endowment fund is Rs. 17-10 billion. Fully Funded Masters Level Scholarships above 12000/-.
Eligibility Criteria:
Student must have Punjab domicile.
Male/Female with 60% or CGPA 2.5 in Punjab Annual BA/BSC/Bcom/BS/BBA etc. Examination 2023-2023-2023.
He is not receiving any other scholarships.
Parent’s declared monthly income from all sources is equal to or less than Rs. 37000/-
Children of government employees in BPS 1 to 04 are exempted from income condition. If salary is the only source of income.
Children of citizens martyred in terrorist attacks have been exempted from the income limit.
Apart from meeting the PEEF eligibility criteria, the prospective student needs the merit and quality of the concerned university / degree awarding institution.
